With love for Indo-Chinese, J William Fan took it in his hands to introduce the locals this fabulous cuisine by opening NinHao in the year 1994. The restaurant slowly expanded its wings with the opening of China Valley in the year 1995. In 2020 they opened up a well furnished dining restaurant under the name of Ninhao Restaurant, which offers a delectable spread for one to choose from. ” If we are happy from inside and enjoy the job, we can keep everybody happy” says William. He has many years of experience in the field of cooking from around the globe especially in pan Asian cuisine. His passion for food and wanting to explore this field drove him to start up the restaurant which has now succeeded in making a space in the hearts of all. He started out his journey from a very tiny space in order to support his struggling family charged him with even more power and energy to make the restaurant an even more successful venture.
The menu has 350 plus dishes and some of the trendy, as well as unique dishes, include lipen chicken, roasted chilly pork, varieties of momos, dim sum and bao. They also specialized in seafood in a pan Asian cuisine – seafood like squid, tiger prawn, crab, shrimps and fish.
They also offer a space to celebrate social as well as corporate gatherings to enjoy some delicious meal and share it with your dear ones. In the near future, they aim to expand their horizons to many more parts of India.
